What is GarageFlow?
GarageFlow is auto repair shop software for independent garages and small shop groups. One repair order carries the job from the first estimate through digital inspection, customer authorization, the work itself, the invoice and the payment. The same job is never re-typed into a second system.
Can customers approve estimates online?
Yes. You send one branded link and the customer opens it with no app and no login. They tick the work they want, decline the rest, then Approve & Sign on their phone. The authorization is stored against the order with the date, the method and the signature.
How do digital vehicle inspections work?
A technician works through your inspection template, marking each item passed, needs attention or failed, and attaching photos. The customer sees the flagged items on their phone and requests a quote on the ones they want. Anything left unticked is deferred, and GarageFlow builds the estimate from exactly what they asked for.
Can customers reply directly by email?
Yes. Every repair order has its own conversation thread. When you send a message from GarageFlow the customer can simply reply to the email, and their reply lands back in that order's thread instead of a personal inbox. No separate portal to sign into.
Does GarageFlow work outside the United States?
Yes. Shops set their own currency, tax rates and whether prices display tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive, and VAT number formats are validated for 31 countries. The app runs in English, Spanish, Romanian, Estonian, German, Polish and Icelandic, and each customer can be set to receive their emails in their own language.
Can I send messages over WhatsApp?
Yes, for templated messages like payment reminders: connect your WhatsApp Business account in settings and GarageFlow sends them automatically. Full two-way WhatsApp conversations inside the order thread are on the roadmap; email reply-in works today.
